"Over the summer, Limestone County Schools switched to a new mass communication system. We will now be sending calls, text, and email alerts through Apptegy. All text messages will now come from the number 98900. In addition, push notifications will be sent via the Limestone County Schools app. It can be found by searching Limestone County School District in Google Play and the App Store and can be customized to (Piney Chapel ) via settings".
Tomorrow is the First Day of School!!! Doors open at 7:10. Bell rings at 7:40 for the day to begin! We are so excited to see all the kiddos!!

Piney Chapel Elementary joined Elkmont Elementary for a picnic lunch today. Bringing everyone together! We even got a tour of the new building!!
Piney Chapel Elementary and Elkmont Elementary were blessed to have author of “More Than A Bird” Liz Huntley to speak to them via Google Meet this morning! Her story will touch your heart! We are so very grateful to her for speaking to us.
Thank you to Piney Chapel and Owens Volunteer Fire Departments for helping out tonight to get the track cleaned up! Piney Panthers are FIRED UP for Back to School!!!
