Due to the potential of flash flooding and gusty winds, LCS will operate on a 2 hour delay Friday, 09/13. Given the forecast, this will allow for a safer commute to school for our staff and students. Bus drivers will have greater visibility with the later start as well. Please stay safe and weather aware.

Bus Changes 08/26 PM: All students who ride Bus 44 will be held at JES this afternoon. Bus 58 and Bus 151 will return to JES to pick these students up. Please expect delayed drop-off times this afternoon. Thank you!

Tomorrow is our Blessing of the School at 9:00 and Community-wide Cleanup. Thanks to our Partner in Education, Lowes of Athens, we have mulch for our flower beds, top soil for our planters in the outdoor classroom, planters for the front & flowers!!! If possible, please join us for a day of work. BETTER TOGETHER!

Reminder: For those registered for Summer Soar, doors will open at Cedar Hill Elementary at 7:45 tomorrow (06/04) morning for those dropping their students off. Pickup time is 1:00. We look forward to seeing you! Have a GREAT evening!
