About the Teacher:

Graduate of West Limestone High School, Class of 2009

I went to Calhoun Community College then transferred to Athens State and Graduated in 2013 with a BS in Education.

I then pursued my Master's Degree from the University of North Alabama in 2015.

This is my 6th year of teaching, all in Limestone County Schools. I taught 5th grade for one year. I have taught kindergarten for 5 years. I taught at Tanner for four years, Elkmont for one year, and currently here for my 6th year.

I am married to Troy Evans, and we've been married for about 3 and a half years. We are members at Sandlin Road Church of Christ. We have a small farm full of dogs, a cat, chickens, goats and occasionally some calves.

I like to run. The more I run, the more I can eat! I think learning should be fun, so I try to create a fun learning environment in my classroom! :)
