| An Asian elelphant at work. |
Our 4th grade is working very hard to raise money to save Asian elephants. They will use the money they earn to purchase a picture painted by an elephant. The picture they choose will be their graduation gift to Cedar Hill and will hang in our library. We have a committee of thirteen students who heading up the class fundraisers. The first fundraiser will be a car wash for faculty and staff. Then, we will have a bakeless bake sale where people can donate what it would cost to make brownies, cookies, pies etc. In return, we are creating a small dessert cookbook to give those who make a donation. I will use this space over the summer to stay in contact with committee members. Any member can contact me at sfflinner@gmail.com . Please check this site for meetings and information. You can also check the library calendar for important dates. Hope you're having a great summer! Please be careful.
